The high melting point of high-performance materials and its demanding requirements for high-temperature
processing is a challenge for the 3D printing.
Equipped with a uniformly heated chamber that can reach up to 300°C and a dual extruder capable of reaching 500°C, the FUNMAT PRO 610HT can print nearly all high-performance thermoplastic materials available on the market, ensuring superior print quality and enhanced mechanical properties of the printed parts.
In-depth research into material characteristics like PEEK, PEI, and PPSU, as well as rich experience in high-performance material process development to maximizes the properties of the materials.
Due to its spacious build volume of 610 x 508 x 508 mm, the FUNMAT PRO 610HT enhances productivity by
enabling the printing of larger parts without the need for assembly and allowing for
the simultaneous production of multiple smaller parts.
It offers higher strength, simplified post-processing, and is both time-saving and cost-effective.
Bolster productivity by printing multiple parts simultaneously, ensuring uniformity of material properties across all printed parts.
With a closed-loop servo control system and a high-precision ball screw drive system, the accuracy of movement positions is significantly enhanced (with XY axis precision at 12.5 µm and Z axis precision at 1.25 µm), ensuring remarkable surface finish at high printing speeds.
Dual nozzles with support material solutions provide high-quality surface finishes on complex geometries.
When printing complex geometries such as piping, where the support material is difficult to peel off manually, water-soluble materials can be used to support the structure and dissolve in water, ensuring perfect printing quality.
The dual extruder design makes removing the support material easy without worrying about the roughness of the contact surface caused by the peeling of the support material.
Intelligent design with auto-cleaning nozzles, filament auto-reloading, filament jam warning, and filament absence warning to ensure seamless continuous printing.
Equipped with a liquid-cooling system for enhanced heat dissipation, preventing filament jamming issues, and ensuring prolonged service life even under high-temperature conditions.
