ULTEM™ 9085

- Excellent chemical resistance

- Easier to print than ULTEM™ 1010
- Can be used up to 160˚C / 320˚ F HDT
ULTEM™ 1010

- Stiffer than ULTEM™ 9085
- Very high chemical resistance
- Flame retardant UL94-V0 (for 1.5mm and 3mm)
- Can be used up to 200˚C / 394˚F HDT
- Compliant for food-grade applications - NSF 51
- Excellent for composite layup tooling
PEKK

- Mechanical properties comparable to PEEK
- Easier to print with than PEEK due to slower crystallization
- Semi-crystalline structure provides outstanding mechanical and thermal properties
- Higher Tg than PEEK (160°C instead 143°C)
- Can be used up to 260°C / 500˚F after annealing.
- Many forms available (PEKK C & PEKK CF aerospace)
PEEK

- Similar strength to low-grade alloys
- High impact & wear resistance
- Semi-crystalline structure provides outstanding mechanical and thermal properties
- Very high chemical resistance (after annealing)
- Can be used up to 260°C/500F (after annealing)
PPSU

- High hydrolisis resistance
- Excellent chemical resistance
- Good impact resistance
- Resistant against gamma ray / sterilizable
- Can be used up to 180°C/356F HDT
- Compliant with FDA for food contact-after sterilization
