ADVANCED THERMAL DESIGN
WITH UP TO 300°C HEATED CHAMBER

Equipped with uniformly heated chamber at 300°C maximum and a dual extruder that can reach 500°C, 610HT is capable of printing nearly all high-performance thermoplastic material available on the market, ensuring the superior printing quality and enhanced mechanical properties of printed parts.

In-depth research into material characteristics like PEEK, PEI, PPSU, etc and rich experience in high-performance material process development to maximize the materials properties.

With a closed-loop servo control system and high precision ball screw drive system, the accuracy of movement positions is significantly enhanced (with XY axis precision at 12.5um, and Z axis precision at 1.25um), ensuring the printing with remarkable surface finish at high speeds.

Dual nozzles with the support materials solution allow for the high-quality surface finish of complex geometries.

Water-soluble Support Materials

When printing complex geometries such as piping, where the support material is difficult to peel off manually, water-soluble materials can be used to both support the structure and dissolve in water, ensuring perfect printing quality.

Easy-to-breakaway Support Material

dual extruder design makes it easy to remove the support material without having to worry about the roughness of the contact surface caused by the peeling of the support material.
